Exclusive interview to Alexandra Proklova:"It was a successful season for me!"

Hi Alexandra and thank you for your time!

During this season you had great results, such as the win at the JGP event in Czech Republic and the 4th place at the Russian Championships. How would you evaluate your season?

I can evaluate my season with following words: i'm satisfied with some things and i'm not so much with some others, but in general i had a successful season!

You are part of what is the most competitive generation in the history of Russian figure skating. Who do you think is the best between Sakhanovich, Medvedeva, Sotskova and Iushenko? What would you “steal” from each of them?

Each of them is strong in their own way. And the competitions will show who is the best.

You train with Elena Radionova, that this year has won everything in Junior competitions. Does this help you to improve faster?

Yes, it helps me to move on, improve, develop

You didn’t participate to this year’s Junior World Championships, was this a technical choice or were you injured?

I don't want to discuss the World Championship issue at all!!!

You already have an excellent technique on flip and lutz, what do you think you need to improve in your program?

You should improve a lot, and always try to be better!

Who are you going to work with for the new programs? Have you already started?

No, we haven't started yet!

And now some questions about your personal life. How do you adjust between school and training? How much do you train usually? Who are your favourite training mates?

The trainings last one hour and a half in the morning and one hour and a quarter in evening. I have a lot of friends!

Do you have any passion or hobby outside figure skating?

Yes, i adore ballet and also like to dance!
