A History of Ride

This film shows the history of Ride Freesport. It originated as the Verbier Ride which achieved great freeskiing event accolades. It's Skier Cross events gained Verbier its first ever and only X-Games Qualifier event. Its Big Mountain Freeride events gave Verbier European and World Tour status IFSA (International Free Skier Association) competitions. It's Slope Style and Big Air events have brought international credibility to the La Chaux Snowpark in Verbier over the years. The Saas-Fee Ride bridged the Gap between the winter and the summer giving both Slopestyle and Big Air events on the impressive Allalin glacier mid summer. The London Ride takes place each October at the Metro Ski & Snowboard Show in London, bringing many international and British riders together in the city.
