Misha Ge - "Times of Little Misha" ("Where i came from")

"Sometimes when you reach new heights, you need to remember where you came from.
Everyone have a goal to reach something, and i think for me i had reach something that me and my family was wishing, working and hoping for. (is not the end , but it was a wish that we aiming for).
People might think and say 6th place is ok, and of course is fine place, but for many peoples it just a normal place. But for us, to receive that high rank its a honour and feedback of my family hard work for many years.
To get there is all Thanks to My Parents. They been travel around the world, going to many different countries, cities, rinks, searching many places to get me a better conditions. But since everything was on them only, without anyone help (especially during those years) it was very hard for our family. I been skate for almost 6 years in Malls and Small rinks without having a standard arena and ice. The rink is showing on the video is one of the rink in Beijing i skated in 2003 for couple years. Its 30M x 10M - which is 1/3 of a standard arena. We have tube water covering (resurface) only once in a week, and whole day there no resurfacing (cause we don?t have machine), and on summer is always so much water from the early morning because walls can?t hold the heat, so after training I'm coming out like from the pool.
Even like that i was compete with Chinese Boys on National Junior/Senior competition, even don't knowing big size arena feelings.
After these years i had others difficult conditions as well, but that is already history as well.
Many people are always wondering how great condition i had so a achieve today results, how big team i had, and how many talents i have in artistry, skating and elements - but all this things of me it been trained out. And because these kind of condition and need to compete with people from professional conditions and teams , i needed to work 2X time more then others to try catch up with everyone, and cause i need more time then others to train to get everything they have. To came out from place and conditional like that and to have today results, its was long road with many bumps up and downs. But Thank to My Parents and their Patience, For Keep Fighting and Not Giving Up on me i had Today Results.
