The Northern Caucasus: we will strike tourism on terrorism The construction of ski resorts planned in: - Lagonaki (Adygea) - 165 km; 17,960 beds - Arkhyz (Karachay-Cherkessia) - 265 km; 23,760 beds - Elbrus-Besengi (Kabardino-Balkaria) - 170 km; 14,450 beds - Mamison (North Ossetia) - 220 km; 24,330 beds - Matlas (Dagestan) - 110 km; 6,810 beds Under plans by 2020 in territory of the North Caucasian federal district 5 mounting skiing resorts with attraction of investments at a rate of 450 billion roubles should be constructed, 60 from which will be allocated from budgets of all levels. The given sum is quite comparable to expenses on carrying out of the Sochi Olympic Games. Tourist objects it is planned to construct in 5 points: Elbrus (Kabardino-Balkariya) here is planned to erect the highest mountain-skiing centre in the world at height of 4164 metres, Lago-Naki (Adygea), Arhyz (Karachaevo-Circassia), Mamison (North Ossetia) and Matlas (Dagestan). Now the working mountain-skiing infrastructure exists only in Prielbruse. In Arhyze as the strategic investor of the project the group of companies "Sinara" acts, to all there is an active building. Complex creation in territory of Dagestan is begun by the local investor.« M?mison »biggest from five projects (50 thousand places of placing of tourists, 300 km. lines) there is at a stage of erection of an engineering infrastructure, the main investor of the project most likely a camp one more Ural metallurgical company" UGMK ". The General capacity of all resorts will make 104,5 thousand having a rest a day, and the general extent of lines about 803 kilometres is much more, than length of lines the most popular resort among the Russian mountain skiers in the Austrian region Tsillertal. Realisation of the given program does not exclude also reconstruction of already existing resort objects, not only mountain-skiing. For today the program of development of tourism is in all North Caucasian republics.
